It's been a long couple months in Hong Kong for us without access to gyms & studios. Our bodies just as much as our yoga practice might feel and look a little different. For those who have stuck with their regular training programme, I have so much respect and admiration for you! Personally I find it rather challenging to stay focused during online sessions, so am super excited to get back into a studio space and see real limbs, bones and bodies in the flesh! On that note, I'm in the process of organising my schedule of public group classes which will be open to all - all levels and all bodies of ability - for you to join. Drop-ins will be welcome as well as consistent students on pre-paid Class Packages.
