Last weekend we led a group of passionate and committed Pure Yoga students through the Budokon Yoga Primary Series at a seaside hotel in our home city. Our morning practice flowed through all 7 sections of the yoga series, and afternoon sessions gave us time to explore BDK Free Flow and some mobility play. Some highlights below taken by BDK teacher and photographer Fabien Roels. Our second staycation is being planned, I can share details as soon as it's confirmed.
